Delivery

We provide a comprehensive mail order service on all products shown on our website. Orders can be placed by Mail, Telephone and E-Mail as well as directly from Irrigatia.

Postage

Postage/Packaging is free for all deliveries within the UK for orders over £50. For all other deliveries in the UK and internationally the cost of shipping can be viewed in the shopping cart before anything is purchased.

Orders placed before 2.30pm will aim to be dispatched by the following working day. If we have a problem we will do our best to contact you. Please ensure you give us as many points of contact as possible.

Postage will be charged on all goods returned for exchange unless they are faulty.

Overseas Customers

(A) All overseas orders payable in Sterling, Euro or US$.

(B) Postage is not calculated by the online ordering system for overseas orders. The postage would be added on at cost. We will contact you about the postage before we send the order. We always aim to send by the most economical service for you, the customer. We can also quote for the quickest available service.

(C) VAT exemption for NON EEC Countries and VAT registered EEC Customers. If you are UK VAT exempt the system will deduct the VAT.

We can deliver the next working day to Europe, USA and Canada and from 2 working days to the Rest of the World, prices on application.
